The CDS Participant Rules govern the operation of CDS clearing and settlement services. With a growing commitment to increase transparency across all areas of CDS clearing and depository services, and to maintain consistency with international standards, the published CDS Rules are available at no cost to all interested parties. For legal and other purposes, the electronic version of the CDS Rules is the official version. Please refer to the Legal Terms and Conditions on this website.
