More about this Service
Securities regulations specify that when an Issuer calls a meeting of their shareholders, the Issuer must provide the registered holders with an information circular and other applicable documentation for their meeting. The Issuer must also solicit their voting proxies if the registered holders do not plan to attend and vote at the meeting in person.
If only Holders of Record and Omnibus Proxy is required, please complete a Holders of Record Request.
Please Note
Requestors must confirm that the Issuer is a reporting Issuer in Canada in order to submit a Notice of Record & Meeting Dates request. CDS will only publish shareholder meeting details for Issuers that are identified by the requestor as a Reporting Issuer in Canada.
Request Submission Deadline
Every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. MT, 12:00 p.m. PT), cutoff publication of meeting dates.
